The Full Story

About

SprintLAB was founded in 2020 with the intention to teach people how to run very fast. The Art of Sprinting requires strength, focus, coordination and grit.

Speed is KING, in the hierarchy of sports because it dictates your ability to complete any other task on the field, court or track.

Coach Mikhail has always been an agent of speed, and now he's dedicating his life to transferring his knowledge to his athletes. His experiences span over a lifetime of involvement in sport from competing on the playgrounds to competing on the olympic level.  His ability gave him the opportunity to not only compete with some of the world's best athletes, but to build on his experiences with education. He holds a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Biomechanics, Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition. He also possesses a Master in Education in Athletic Leadership and Management, a Bachelors in Sports Science and an Associate in Physical Science and Engineering.  He's had the opportunity to impact the lives of over 10,000 athletes from the elementary level to the Olympic and Professional ranks.

The goal for SprintLab is to bridge the gap with science and sports by using proven principles to:

1. Train athletes to unlock their speed potential through principles of training.

2. Utilize technology to provide ground breaking information to improve training.

3. Create a safe and fundamental environment for athletes to improve skills.
